Its well made, true to size, and warm. Duofold Men's Midweight Thermos  On: 2009-11-15I got the Duofold Mens Midweight Thermal for very cold days. I didnt like the texture of the material at all, it feels like a cold, synthetic wet sponge and when I wore it, it was not really to my liking, I felt like Aquaman or Namor the Sub-Mariner. Im a big guy and my size felt very tight on me, Im sure they make it that way (think Spandex). Its soft (in an annoying synthetic way), but I just like the old Mens Thermals made out of rough, warm fibers and Im going to stick with those. The underwear is warm, is soft, and launders beautifully. Most of all, even after many months of use, it still looks very nice. Duofold makes great quality and the price is quite reasonable. The shirt is nicely made and the sleeves are long. Im replacing a set of Haynes that is too short. The set is comfortable too. I havent worn them out in the mountains yet. I have the old style cheap thermals that feel like "burlap" against your skin. I wanted something different. So after spending hours online looking at different fabrics, brands, and prices. The cotton/polyester two layered fabric is actually extremely well made and this underwear lasts years with proper care. It can be worn as underwear under your outdoor clothes or you can wear it in bed with your pajamas on over it. Whatever way you choose you cant go wrong with Duofold thermal underwear. The fabric is just as soft as they say it is; and this thermal undershirt keeps you much warmer than you think it would. It appears flimsy and floppy before you put it on--but after youre wearing it youll notice a huge difference. Youll be a lot warmer with it! It also does not bunch or wrinkle easily. As for maintenance, I just put mine in the clothes washer and dryer and everything always comes out fine. If you have any concerns about the color of this undergarment "bleeding" onto white colored clothing, just wash this with garments that are not white. Youll be fine. On: 2007-02-18I purchased these crew neck tops after being unhappy with various brands of "waffle" thermal shirts. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Duofold Insulayer tops to be almost silky smooth, lightweight, and very warm. I wore them recently under by suit while back in New York and Chicago during their "NorEaster of 2007" and found them to be the perfect undergarment for business wear in harsh cold.
