This magazine advertises itself to be for teens and young adults, but contains advertisements that are sexual and provocative. The ads render it completely inappropriate for school libraries, which is a shame because our readers are interested in skateboarding.

Ill admit up front that Im not into skateboarding, however I serve teens who are. This magazine has become increasingly vulgar. This months issue has two suggestively dressed women tangling tongues and the language is disgusting. Okay, so Im old and not with it, but come on, there has to be a better way to express ones-self! Why cant a magazine that caters to teens use better language and present a more positive image of the athletes of this sport?
