On: 2008-11-13We spent a month riding motorcycles in Alaska this summer. It rained the first two weeks. We camped out some nights, and these were my pjs. I was warm, I was comfortable. Ive NEVER been warm in a tent wearing regular thermal underwear before. These just work! Great Material for Skiing and Hiking! On: 2008-02-25Use this bottom with the Smartwool top. Also check the sizing chart before you order. This material is tough, warm and keeps moisture away from your skin while keeping bacteria away as well. Its comfortable and not itchy - a really nice invention. Great for skiing or hiking. Perfectly Comfortable Midweight Bottom On: 2008-02-15These midweight bottoms perform as advertised. I wore them as a baselayer under my gore-tex ski pants last week while at Vail. The temps were in the teens and I was not cold. They are comfortable and warm. I would recommend the heavyweight bottoms if the temps go down to single digits. |
