  Women's New Balance Kickin' It Jacket By: New Balance Average Rating: 4.0 Total Reviews: 1 More Information Difficulties but I still like it anyway.  On: 2007-01-06I got my jacket as a gift. The barcode tag said "large" but the actual garment tag had an "s/p" on it which led me to think maybe it had been mistagged at the warehouse, because this jacket was very small when I put it on. I called to do an exchange, and I asked the lady if "s/p" might stand for small/petite, and the jacket was mislabeled. She said no that couldnt be right, if the barcode tag said large, then it was a large. I said fine- then I needed to exhange my "large" for an "extra-large". She said I could do that, but I would have to take a pink jacket as that was the only color left. Not my favorite color, but I really like the cut of the jacket so I said ok. There was no hassles with the exchange, my replacement arrived about 2 weeks later, however I had been right- the jacket I originally had WAS a small. I SWIM in the extra-large. It isnt a total loss as I like to wear layers under this jacket so that is why I am still giving it a high rating. Also, it WAS easy to do the return, even though the customer service rep did steer me the wrong way in the way of sizing. I assume that my sizing problems were a fluke. |
