Really satisifed with it. Great product On: 2008-05-29I wore this jacket all winter. Nice build quality. Outer material repels rain and snow. Effectively blocks strong cold winds. Inner material is smooth and silky even if youre wearing just a T-shirt underneath. Simple classic urban design. Highly recommended. Ski jacket  On: 2008-04-28Jacket is quite good but the headcover is attached very flimsily with only a couple of snaps. Good stuff On: 2008-03-13Bought this parka recently. Excellent price/quality ratio. Convenient, lightweight and really waterproof fabric. Like it! Great Winter Jacket On: 2008-02-25Love this jacket. I was looking for a nice warm Jacket that wasnt too bulky. This jacket is it. It doesnt have the zip out liner other jacket have, that I find bulky and heavy. I live in Wisconsin and might be use to the cold a bit, but this winter has been very cold. 10-15 below 0 some nights. Never was I cold with this jacket. I love the material on the inside the jacket where your face is, soft and never feels wet from breathing condensation. Well worth the money. Nice coat On: 2008-02-23Very warm, water proof and doesnt look bad. Part of the collar is made of soft, smooth and warm cloth, so when the zipper is pulled up to the top, the collar wont rub your chin. Nice design! Beautiful coat On: 2008-02-19I do not have a true review for this coat because it was returned. I ordered this coat for my husband to wear on our first ski trip. Online, the coat looked really nice in the Intense Red color so I ordered it. When I received the coat and opened the box, I was awed. I had my husband to try it on and it looked wonderful on him. I could tell he really liked it too but was afraid of what others might think of him wearing something red. He said it would make him look like a sissy. So against my better judgment I returned the coat and ordered another Columbia coat in blue that was made with the Omni Tech material which Columbia claims is warmer. I didnt like the other coat as much and my husband claimed it did not keep him that warm. The Columbia coat I had ordered for myself was made out of the same material as this Cyclone Parker and it kept me warm with my other layers of clothing--so I wished I had never returned this coat. nice coat @ a good price On: 2008-02-10its a nice coat for a very good price. Its good enough for the midwest weather! Great Jacket On: 2008-01-28I noticed my current Columbia Jacket is like 10 years old. So with the rainy weather I looked for a new one. This one is great. Good for causal wear and in a rain storm. Very warm. Should last me another 10 years. Not a bad coat... On: 2008-01-16Most coats use a forward angled pocket design to allow you to easily slip your hands into the outer pockets. The photo with the model appears to suggest this is true for this coat. For some reason (most likely form over function) this coat actually has slightly rearward angled pockets, which makes putting your hands in a little more problematic. I may get used to it. Also, this coat is not as heavy as I had envisioned for something called a "parka," particularly from the Columbia brand. If you live in a cold climate where you are often below 25 degrees F, this is probably not the model for you. Here in Southeastern Pennsylvania, it will be warm enough for our mild winters. The only thing is it could use more inside pockets. But the pocket on the left arm is cool. I would recommend this to anyone. i love this jacket On: 2008-01-04This is very beautiful jacket, as the color says intense red, IT IS. It looks really good and moreover it comes with a cap which is detachable.the only problem with this jacket is the arms are of milky white color so if you wear daily then you have to wash it in every 10 days, but i can live with that as this is a very beautiful jacket. |
