Too often we take for granted the fitness conditioning required for skiing. Ski Fitness could aptly be named essential fitness for all types of skiers (alpine and nordic). The disk guides you through a general cardio and muscular fitness program and leads into ski specific fitness dry-land drills, exercises and modes. The program is wonderfully narrated and demonstrated. We found the product suitable for beginner to advanced skiers alike. Elite athletes may wish to check out the post graduate version of fitness conditioning Nordic Ski Training Secrets for High Performance Sport. As a big bonus, the disk includes a yoga class and core strength class (lead by famous adventurer and extreme athlete Ray Zahab). Overall, highly recommended!
