I purchased this board and binder set for my 14 yr old son, this will be the first time he owned his own gear, most of the time he rented from the ski lodge, whe I received the board it was ptoperly wrapped in bubble wrap , but then when I examined the board the store never took off the original sticker price which was stuck to the bottom of the board an awful site to see after youjust spent over $200, then when I saw the box that had the binders in, I couldnt believe it the box had been crushed during delivery, and when I opened the box the binders where just in the box as is no plastic covering, no instructions and the best part was the screws it came with were just lying at the bottom of the box scattered all around they could of at least put them in bubble wrap or at least a baggie, after my son and I figured how to put the binders on we made sure they tight enough, the next day he took his board out to the slopes, after a while my son noticed his boot was a little loose on the board three of the screws came off his left foot, we took the bnoard into the ski shop and the clerk was kind enough to put new screws in free of charge, and he was also able to get the glue substance off with nail polish remove without damaging the board, if instructions were put in the box on the maintanence and care of this product a lot of those problems more than likely would not have happened, my son could have been seriously injured due tio the lack of proper packaging by the company.

The snowboard and boots were ok, but the bindings looked very cheap and plastic. I took it on the slopes and literally after 1 run, part of the binding broke. Also it does not stay tight to the board. I immediately bought a new set of bindings becauase I am concerned about the safety of this product. I would not recommend these bindings if you care for your life.
