Just put the lightest coating on, wait 15 minutes, and then polish off with a cloth. The resulting wax is very hard and very slippery. You can wax just the glide part of the ski, but its recommended for those with waxless skis that you can wax the scales as well. One word of warning, however. The wax is scented with a perfume, but believe me you dont want to inhale this stuff. Wax your skis outside or in a very well ventilated room. Do not wax in an enclosed area. Theres probably enough wax in the tin to do about 40 waxes or more. Given that you only need to wax an XC ski for every 20 miles covered, this tin will last you (and your partner) about 5-10 years depending on how much you ski. |
